My grocery total didn't match the app's estimate
That's expected to a degree — NutriSave's prices are planning estimates built from real U.S. grocery data, but shelf prices vary by store, region, and week. The estimate should be close, not exact. If you're seeing totals that are consistently far off, email us with an example and we'll look into the pricing data for those items.
How do I change my diet, allergies, or budget?
Open the app and go to Profile → Dietary Preferences to update diets and allergens, or Profile → Diet & Goals for macro and budget targets. Your next generated plan will use the new settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete My Account. This permanently removes your account, profile, meal plans, and saved lists from our servers. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app.
Something looks broken
When reporting a bug, it helps a lot if you include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version
- What you were doing when it happened
- A screenshot, if the problem is visible
